Three, mostly. Project-based when the scope is well defined, monthly retainers for continuous work, and embedded teams for larger initiatives where we sit inside your process. We will tell you which one fits after the first call — including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
MVPs and focused builds typically run six to twelve weeks from kickoff to production. Larger platform work depends on scope and integrations. You get a milestone plan with realistic estimates before anything starts, and we flag slippage the week it happens rather than at the deadline.
Fixed-price when the scope is genuinely fixed, time-and-materials when it is genuinely not. You get a written proposal with the breakdown before we begin, and no line item appears later that was not discussed first.
We work in your tools — Slack, Teams or email — with a shared channel, asynchronous updates, and one weekly call with a live demo. You have direct access to the engineers, not a layer in between.
You get documentation, runbooks and training sessions so your team can operate and extend the system independently. Ongoing support and retainers are available if you want them, but the handover is built so you are not dependent on us.
